anyway jen wrap it with a bandage and rest it problem solved if its a more serious pain ice pack if its a tendon problem you want a heat pack on off every hour

and if your in alot of pain take some painkillers lol problem solved xD

but there is a old remedy i hear of that if you mix bees wax olive oil and some type of heat rub dont know what its called mix it together and rub it on your foot/ankle its ment to help or something im not sure its a old one i heard from somewhere
