i have been phasing out of late randomly just talking to someone then just drifting off into nothingness also extremely sharp pains to the temple and sharp pain that goes through my hole body and i cant move its rather weird

anybody got any ideas =P

if u are getting sharp pains down ur back and u cant move, u could of pinched a nerve in ur back, which my good friend is not good and very painful. As for the pain's in ur head, there called headaches haha but if there realy intense and they feel like they run from ur temple down to ur jaw, u could even be having a mad tooth ache or be having migrains. You should go see a gp pretty soon, cause those migrains again could be contributed to you pinching a nerve. its not a pleasent thingg.
